Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unworn or unused

  • With tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if:

  • You received the wrong item

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • With tags attached

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item and let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post your refund.
